Refund and Returns Policy

At Domizo General Trading – L.L.C – S.P.C, we aim to provide the best customer experience. If you face any issue with your order, our return and refund policy applies as follows:

1. Eligibility for Return

A product may be eligible for return if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The size or specification is incorrect

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

2. Return Window

You must submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

3. Conditions for Return

To approve a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • It must be returned with original packaging

  • Free gifts or accessories must also be returned

  • Items must be in resellable condition

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued:

  • Through the same payment method used

  • Within 7–10 business days

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Hygiene-related items (if applicable)
